Each package includes a premium galvanized steel stock tank, a high-performance sand filter pump, custom inlet and outlet fittings, a heavy-duty maintenance kit, and a detailed assembly guide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most customers receive their pool within 10-14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do the steel tanks rust over time?
Our tanks are made from G90 galvanized steel, which is designed to resist rust. However, maintaining proper water chemistry and pH levels is essential to protecting the zinc coating and extending the life of your pool.
What kind of surface do I need for installation?
Your Cowboy Pool must be placed on a completely level surface. We recommend a reinforced concrete pad, a leveled crushed stone base, or a sturdy wooden deck capable of supporting 4,000+ lbs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size of the product, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
