We want you to be fully satisfied with your Cowboy Pools setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed pools or customized equipment cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all items, including hardware and accessories, are securely packed in their original crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large stock tank pools, we will coordinate a freight pickup; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse to confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
